Moneybag, a Malaysian hardcore band based in Kuala Lumpur, has released their single ‘Fucked Up Night’. According to the band this was recorded in July to be part of their upcoming EP, however, they’ve decided to make it a stand-alone single.
“The tune is about us as a band and how we handle our situations. This is applicable in the current worldwide setting where the lives of many have been lost as a result of alcohol.”
As this year has disrupted plans for bands all over the place, it too threw a wrench into Moneybag’s plans this year. “We were planned to visit Vietnam with District 105 in September this year, yet due to the coronavirus circumstance, the show has been postponed. We are currently occupied and completely dedicated to wrapping up recording the rest of the tunes for our up and coming EP and asking that this pandemic circumstance holds over soon with the goal that we can continue playing shows!”
