Punk Rock Band Lips Release Debut Full Length [Indonesia]

LIPS have re-released their debut LP Thirsty on CD format. The record was originally released by Australian label, Heavy Mental Record, back in April while the cassette was released by Indonesian label Necros Record.

LIPS was first formed in 2017 and according to the band are “influenced by danceable punk music ’77 / 80s like Blondie, The Adicts and X-Ray Spex with a hard rock mix of Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple”. The members themselves have their own unique styles that they bring to the table such as grunge, punk rock and hardcore. Besides performing in Lips, the members also moonlight in the following acts: The Stocker, Ugly Bastard, and Ex-Sugar Kane.
