Tower Sessions have released a live in the studio video of Philippines hardcore-metal act Badburn…and yeah – you ain’t seen nothing like this…

Our love for this band should be pretty fucking obvious if you’ve been following Unite Asia since we began this shit years ago. But when an insane band gets the magic touch of equally magical engineers behind a recording desk, that’s when it all explodes into a fury of rage-filled madness straight to your face. Badburn’s legendar” status isn’t to be taken lightly. Equally, Tower of Doom’s own status as one of Asia’s top recording studios is not to be messed with. Just listen to the way the crew behind Tower of Doom nail the sound of this 6 piece metal riff machine. The drums, the guitars, the bass tone – even that fucking bass solo comes is loud and clear folks…and then of course the madman behind the mic – Marben. Dude spews anger like he was born giving the world a middle finger.

Everything about this video, this collaboration, the entities that bring this type of insanely high standard of musicianship and production together is why more heads need to be looking out here to Asia for inspiration.
