Yogen, New York based Nepalese post rock solo album out now

Vocalist of New York based Nepalese hardcore band Sangharsha, Yogen, has just released a solo record entitled Raat full of dreamy, soothing post-rock. The release can be heard below which is currently streaming on his bandcamp page. I love that the post-rock on the record is not all the slow brooding type, second track Ayo Pheri has an upbeat feel to the music…as you have read with our post about the Indian post-rock band As We Keep Searching, we do greatly appreciate hearing music sung in different languages – Yogen rocks his stuff in Nepalese. Beautiful…

Great music to be driving to through the hills of Hong Kong and I assume would be true in Nepal as well 🙂
