Vietnamese Black Metal Band Elcrost Release Live Album / Fullset Live Video [Vietnam]

This could be the very first live black metal album we’re talking about on the site! Vietnamese black metal band Elcrost have just released a sick live album entitled ‘Hellfire & Black Mass Live in Hanoi’ on their Bandcamp and comes with a fullset live video as well.

Here’s what their label, House of Ygra, had to say:

“We return again with our final show of the year, the culmination of all our shows so far, MASS: III!

The gathering of the MASS this time focuses entirely on black metal and all of its spectrum, 3 local bands, and one special guest from Saigon. This event marks the first time ever that attempted to record the audio professionally and then later mixed and mastered it fully. We hope that the boost in audio quality will be worth it!

Elcrost had a memorable performance at the black metal event MASS: III at Hanoi Rock City, to commemorate a checkmark in their career with the current line-up, as well as a gift for the long-time bassist Axe and departing drummer Abyssal, the band has decided to release the performance in its entirety as a live album format.

The live album consists of 8 tracks from Elcrost first 3 releases, showing off the wide array of their musical aspects and their evolutions within the first phase of the band.”
