UK X ASIA: Death Metal Influenced Hardcore Act BODYBAG Drop New EP

Check out Brighton based death metal-influenced hardcore band BODYBAG rip it up on their brand new EP ‘Rebirth’. The band stated, “This is our 3 release and a pretty different sound to our last 2 for sure. We started as a band a couple years ago now and got a really good response after we released our first demo “sewer service”.”

“Our main influences would be Invoke, Dystopia especially during the time of Sewer Service and What Lies Within (our second release). It’s actually pretty difficult to narrow down our influences as we listen to a lot of shit! We fit more into the death metal side of hardcore as we’re not a straight up hardcore band. I guess we just do death metal in a hardcore if you know what I mean.”

As for what the tracks are about “The tracks are about how we feel about the world and about certain people we dislike.”
