This Is So Good. Hardcore Band COLDSKIN Enlist REKAH On New Banger [Indonesia]

Indonesian metallic hardcore band COLDSKIN come back with a new single/music video entitled ‘Disbelief’. And as if the music being abrasive as fuck isn’t enough, they enlist the INSANE vocalist of REKAH, Stephania Shakila, who ANNIHILATES IT on this!!!

The track is off the band’s upcoming debut album to be released on DISASTER RECORDS. The release comes together with this sick music video streaming further below – to see Stephania in full form on this feature makes this video EVERYTHING.

The band states, “We feature Stephania because she is known for as the lead vocal of the Jakarta-based skramz band, Rekah. Her vocals matches the message of the song which stories an individual’s struggle to survive past traumas, fears, and distrust of those around them. The song captures the difficulty of rebuilding trust after betrayal and dealing with two-faced people, eventually finding a way to make peace with it all.” The band’s own vocalist, Dennis, adds, “Sometimes the things we often experience in everyday life are overlooked because we get distracted by other things that seem more important. But subconsciously, these things are actually important too.”

From a musical perspective, “Disbelief” was produced and arranged by Praditya Eka Putra and Coldskin, with lyrics written by Dennis Mandalyca and Yoel Hutapea. Coldskin’s sound in this single remains rooted in Modern Swedish chainsaw with sharp and aggressive metallic hardcore hooks.
