The Caulfield Cult from Singapore…if Jawbreaker’s your thing – YES PLEASE

In the world of punk rock there is a pretty immensely influential band called Jawbreaker…if you ever meet me at a show please ask me about my Jawbreaker story…it’s a really good one…

But I digress…

This phenomenal band from Singapore called The Caulfield Cult completely reminded me of all that is powerful about the emotions that the band Jawbreaker packs into each and every song…The Caulfield Cult, especially in their vocalist, have that similar vibe – very gravely, throat sheering vocals with a strong British accent to boot that continues that Blake-esque vibe 🙂 If none of that means anything to you – heartfelt is his choice of singing style.

This is a good good good band…they’ve announced on their site something that’s happening on May 4th!
