Thai Pop Punk Band PISTOLS99 Release New Single/Announce Taiwan Tour

Bangkok-based pop-punk quartet, Pistols99, are among one of the most respected punk rock acts in Thailand. The band strongly advocates the DIY ethos and creates heart-felt, melodic punk rock whose lyrics touch on teenage-angst and social commentary. As the band made their way to Punk Strikes Fest 2024, they got the opportunity to show Taiwanese what they’re made of while exploring & learning about the Taiwan Independent music scene with ‘Taiwan Survival Tour 2024’

The band also dropped a new single ‘Edge of Summer’

“Inspired by the tropical adventure that take place in Koh Phangan when we got invited & went to perform at Phangan Rockfest 2024. In a way, the song is a reflection on the experience I (Krit/Vox,Gtr) encountered those 10 days touring & playing music around the island. While in the other way, it’s a song about nostalgia: to be longing & blowing a kiss to my youthful back-packing days that eventually come to an end and there’s nothing I can do about it.”
