Thai Metal Act G6PD Have Released A Brand New EP ‘Dying Sky’ [Thailand]

“We question in beliefs, life, pain, death, and GOD, how all these combine in our lifetime and lead us to any direction of our belief but if the GOD that we praise exists why he just watch this world burn?” says Thai metal band G6PD on their brand new EP that just dropped.

The production on this release is phenomenal with the band adding layers of electronics and other sonic elements. But it really is the lyrical content that has gotten our attention.

“The first song on this EP “Dying Sky” which talks about pollution in our hometown Chiang Mai in north of Thailand that comes from large corporations, and how people here have hope to fight with them.

The second Track ” THE RED FALL” is about embracing death to be part of the next step in life you might not know what will happen next after the pain then you have been through in life.

“OUTCASTS” is a song that features a Thai hip hop artist VKL. The concept of this song is about how both G6PD and VKL have one thing in common – in our respective scenes we are not the main big name acts, we kind of do our own thing in not the commercial way that why we called our self Outcasts.

“Another light”is  inspired by one of the animation scene Attack on Titan about the decision of life and death, “ALL EYES UNDER GOD” If the GOD that you praise exists why he just watch this world burn?”
