Thai Bands The Shredder [Hardcore] and High Voltage [Powerviolence] Announce SE Asian Tour

Goddamn…Thai hardcore is out showing the world wassup!

Earlier this month, metallic hardcore band Whispers hit Malaysia and Singapore, a few days ago Thai hardcore band The Shredder dropped a 3 track promo, and today have announced that they’re hitting SE Asia with fellow Thai homies, powerviolence band, High Voltage. When one band tours Asia that’s already a massive deal – but having TWO bands from the same community (separated only by city), that’s a HUGE fucking deal.

To make matters even more exciting, The Shredder has the extra record label bump by killer Singapore label Divided We Fall who have joined forces to release the 3-track promo on cassette format! No matter what, The Shredder should feel STOKED that so many different people – even from OUTSIDE their community – are coming together to help support them.

The peeps behind Divided We Fall even had these kind things to say about the band, “We’ve been following The Shredder for a while now. The moment they put up that they were releasing a promo, we immediately dropped them a message asking if we could help them release it on tapes. So happy to be doing this for them, can’t wait to see them tear the stage up here!”
