Taiwan’s absolutely mentally ENORMOUS metal festival Heartown Festival (last year they were the festival that got clobbered by a typhoon and lost a substantial amount of money AND had the whole Limp Bizkit fallout) have announced the first batch of regional bands who will take part this year: November 26-27.
