Stoner Rock Act Guns From Countryside Tackle Social Injustices on New Single [India]

Formed in 2016, Indian stoner rock band Guns From Countryside have released a new single ‘Sochana’. The band states, “This song is about the world going upside down. It is written in our native language Nepali. The word ‘sochana’ means to ponder or to think about. This song asks the question in every line to a listener, about the crimes, rape, and injustices going around in our system. As we do not act upon the unjust things around us, we want the people to wake up and see what and why it is going wrong.”
