Sri Lanka announces guitar virtuoso Shahyd Legacy for upcoming Guitar and Folk Music Fest

The Maldivian guitar virtuoso Shahyd Legacy will be touring in Srilanka Guitar & Folk Music Festival from July 18 to 28th. This tour will be held at different locations in Srilanka featuring well-known artists locally and internationally.

Artists from Palestine, India, Russia and Maldives will be performing in the Tour. Colombo concert will be held at the Russian Centre on the 21st July while workshops and clinics will be held at Alliance Frances.

Artists featuring include: Aditya Gandhi, Anna Likhacheva and Shahyd Legacy. All these artists have ample experience and talent to showcase scattered across the country. The venues and the dates are as follows.

18th July – University of Moratuwa
19th July – CMU Centre Colombo 3, Kollupitiya
20th July – University of Sri Jayawardene Pura
21st July – Russian Centre, Colombo 7
22nd July – Free Trade Zone, Katunayaka
23rd July – Town Hall, Kalutara
24th July – Kothalawala Defence Academy
25th July – University of Kalaniya
26th July – University of Peradeniya
28th July – Galle Fort, Galle
