Skate punk band C.O.F.F.I.N announce Asian tourdates

Beginning in 2005 while still attending high-school in their native Sydney, C.O.F.F.I.N have been playing their brand of Psychotic Skate-Punk ever since. In this time they have embarked on two succesfull U.S. tours and one tour in Europe, while releasing 3 full length albums and an EP.

This April C.O.F.F.I.N will be visiting their neighbours in Asia for the first time, setting out for their month-long “Golden Broth” Asia tour. They will be playing 21 shows throught Japan, South Korea and China, in a tour organised by the boys of Scrotal Vice and their new label “Scrotal Records.”

Ever drunk a beer out of your own shoe, or wondered why a human would ever do that kind of thing? Come to a C.O.F.F.I.N show and learn all about it. Ever look at the roof of the venue you are playing at and thinking “Maybe I should jump off that”? Come out to a show to find out what bones the band have broken recently. Expect alot of sweat, beer, and nudity.

For the tour they will be bringing with them their 3rd full length record “Piss~Up.” This record was recorded and produced at The Pet Food Factory by Jason Whalley (Frenzal Rhomb, Chinese Burns Unit, etc), mixed by Clem Bennett and mastered by Jason Livermore at the Blasting Room in Fort Collins Colorado. The album delves into all corners of the bands influences, whether it be Doom Punk opener ‘White Dog’, Surf Punk Ballad ‘Between The Flags’, Thrash Metal blitzer ‘Done By The Dogs’, Highway Rocker ‘Princess Highway’, “Piss~Up” ticks all the boxes with a pub fuelled attitude thrown in on top.
