Philippine Shoegaze bands Ozzga and Polar Lows join forces to release a 4-track EP titled ” Split”. The bands were kind enough to even send a track-by-track guide! Read it below:

[Feel You – OZZGA]
Feel You is Ozzga’s first fully collaborative effort and new attempt in shifting to a faster-paced and louder dynamic while incorporating different styles that go beyond our usual comfort zones. Feel You expresses this deep emotion through the contrast between harsh, aggressive guitars and soft, yearning vocals. Beginning just where the song ends, the coda, with its experimental and swooning drone of guitars and reverbed vocals, represents the space between our faltering dreams and the inevitable crash of reality.
[Should – OZZGA]
Ozzga decided to take a heavier but slower approach with Should compared to our previous releases. While drawing inspiration from Justin K. [Ellipsis – POLAR LOWS]
Ellipsis is about surrendering. A total complete surrender to the routine and old love. Where infidelity is normalized, this song stands to believe in a monogamous and loyal love.
