It’s been a while since we’ve heard from the dudes in Shanghai hardcore band Spill Your Guts, but clearly it was worth the wait! Check out this live video the band just released from when they were recording in a studio in Canada.

“Last year during our East Coast Canada tour, we stopped into School House Studios to record this live off the floor session with our best pal, Nick. It features 3 BRAND NEW TRACKS off our upcoming full-length album, which was produced and recorded by Scott Middleton – Record Producer (Cancer Bats).
