Rock/Metal Act CHICOSCI Drop New Single ‘Dust’ [Philippines]

CHICOSCI is a renowned presence in the Filipino music scene, known for their unique fusion of rock, nu-metal, rap metal, pop punk, post-hardcore, and emo. The band has just released a new single entitled ‘Dust’ which the band states, “is a song about choices and leaving toxic situations behind.”

In regards to the music, “We got in a room, chopped up some samples, brought out the guitars, and put them together in a blender. Our music has always been about the art of collage, and ‘Dust’ is no different. Incorporating bits of OPM, oddball movie references, pop punk tendencies, and a dash of electro- this is us again right in the middle. Not brutal enough to be metal, but way too loud to be pop!”
