Progressive rock band The D/A Method release epic new single [Pakistan].
“After nearly two and a half years in the works, we will finally be releasing our second album, The Desert Road, on 14th September.
What began as a shot in the dark email to some random guy named Bruce Soord has since become our greatest undertaking thus far as a band, and we are unbelievably excited to finally be able to share it with you. Every detail of this album, from the opening mellotron chord to the most delicate dot in the artwork, is a result of countless hours of work and ounces of (literal) sweat. We are immensely proud of what we have been able to create and eternally thankful to those who helped us along the way.
As a little preview to the record, we are releasing one of our collective favorite tracks, Dream Sequence, now available on Soundcloud. We wrote this song about our greatest fears and worst nightmares, but we hope – as you listen to it – those fears are erased and nightmares dissolved. The track features guest vocals from Bruce as well as our good friend Sohail Ajaz.
Finally – and most importantly for our fans in Karachi – we will be playing an album release show at Bahria Auditorium on Wednesday, September 20, joined by our friends Takatak, who will be playing their first ever show in the city. Details will follow soon, we hope to see you there.
Please share and help us spread the word.
With nothing but gratitude,
The D/A Method”
