Post Hardcore Band Terrestrea Release New Single ’12 Rounds’ [Singapore]

Maintaining the momentum from their previous single, “Richter”, the Singaporean quintet Terrestrea has released another single. Featured in their setlist since their livestream set at The Basement Studio’s Suspended In This Disaster web music series, ‘12 Rounds’ is now streaming on major music streaming platforms.

Collaborating once again with Leonard Soosay of Snakeweed Studios, Terrestrea explores a textured soundscape driven by guitar riffs and pulsating rhythms. The vocal aspects of the song is a mix of spoken word introspection and  powerful screams.

“We had some lyrics about a relationship whose ends are frayed, thinking about why we do this to each other. Unsurprisingly it gelled with our more aggressive ideas quite nicely.”
