Super sick – check out the write up below about American Pinoy hardcore band ANINOKO as they announce their Philippines tour that begins next week. Full solidarity and respect to immigrants AND children of immigrants worldwide.

“The AninoKo Pilipinas 2025 tour is a homecoming for us. We are from Davao, Cebu, Quezon City, Marikina and Nueva Vizcaya. Although we are not playing shows in all those cities, we are playing shows from the north to the south of the Philippines. We are honored and excited to play with such heavy hitting legends in the cities we are playing in. Every show is packed with the best of the best of Pilipinas Hardcore. This will also be the tape release tour of our limited run, available in the Philippines only tape, “Balod” (Wave). “Balod” will feature 3 unreleased songs recorded by Ryan Ellery at Sharkfin studios in Oakland, CA. and 3 live songs from our Distort the Bay record release show at 924 Gilman in Berkeley, CA. “Balod” will not be streaming on any platform and will only be available from us at the shows in the Philippines. We hope to see old and new friends at this show. It will be an adventure of a lifetime for this band of Filipino immigrant punks!”
