Metalcore Band DVSKMANA Release New Single ‘Afterimage’ [Thailand]

Thai modern metalcore/Djent band DVSKMANA has dropped a new single for the track ‘AFTERIMAGE’. The track comes off the band’s full length ‘Self-Productive Animation’ collaboration with Tin Boontanom, who contributed to the orchestral programming to enhance the grandeur of the music.

“AFTERIMAGE” aims to communicate the interpretation of various realities through a perspective similar to the reflection of an image on the other side of what is seen, or a reflection of reality itself. It tells the story of real life, human existence, and the journey into the depths of one’s own being, extending to the level of the soul’s perception. It raises the question of whether we truly have the answers to our existence on this earth, by asking about the purpose of life as a human being—living and passing away through the mechanisms of nature—and the desire for longevity. Ultimately, what lies behind these two reasons and their answers? This is compared to the other side of the reflection we often wish to see, which appears in a different colour—why is that?

This song is meant to inspire listeners to visualise the concepts being described, question themselves, and seek their own answers. We believe that once people find the answers to these questions, their lives will be transformed entirely.
