Melodic Death Metal Band ALPHOENIX Release New Single/Video [Japan]

ALPHOENIX is an innovative melodic death metal band based in Tokyo, Japan. While influenced by the Nordic scene, they fuse it with a uniquely Japanese sensibility, pushing the boundaries of melodic death metal while staying true to their roots.

The band’s heaviest new track to date, fusing 90s Tokyo culture with a modern perspective, set during the dawn of melodic death metal. The production was done at The Panic Room studio in Sweden with Chief Engineer Thomas Johansson, who has worked with artists such as Soilwork, Mors Principium Est, Nocturnal Rites, and Mayhem, bringing a fresh breath to Alphoenix’s music. Guest vocals are provided by Xavier from Upon Stone.
