Like we said in the last post, what a start to 2025!

We have a brand new video podcast for all y’all to check out! Its called UNMUTED and they’ve just launched the first episode of their video series and what a topic to launch off on! It’s called “Legends of Middle Eastern Metal: The Bands That Built a Scene”! If you’re like us, we just want to devour information from scenes and communities from around the world and so not knowing much about the Middle Eastern world of heavy music, this is fully up our alley!

The mastermind behind this amazing new series, Adnan, was kind enough to send in the following info:

“From cassette tape swaps in the ’80s to the bands that paved the way, Unmuted explores the challenges, cultural influences, and first steps that shaped the Middle Eastern metal scene. This video is a starting point for a larger conversation about this passionate and evolving community.”
