Japan’s Bloodaxe Festival announce first lineup

We apologise for being late on this but for some reason so many of you were trying to logon to UniteAsia last night that you crashed the site!

Last night Japan’s Bloodaxe Festival made their first announcement and Asian hardcore kids got stoked that the fact Incendiary was in the list (But we are also equally scratching our heads about why After The Burial os on this list?)! Many of us are already planning our trip to Japan to check them out. Now – we all know that we have great promoters in the rest of Asia so someone needs to start making some phone calls and send out some emails to see if Incendiary can make it out to the rest of Asia.

Bloodaxe is one of Asia’s premier hardcore fest though the fest mainly caters to heavier hardcore. It’d be great to start seeing more diversity in the lineup at some point to start including youthcrew bands, melodic bands, emotional bands, etc to kind of give an audience a better perspective of hardcore. But afterall, if you don’t like the lineup – book your own fest 🙂
