It’s Here! Indian Hardcore Act CATATONIC Release Brand New EP [India]

It’s here folks…Indian post-hardcore band CATATONIC have dropped their brand new EP ‘Metanoia’. Get on it.

Our new EP Metanoia is out. Here’s some details about it. As always, thank you for your support and what you do.

Metanoia stands as a sister EP to our previous one, Gardenia, which was released earlier this year, in the month of March. It is an auditory diary of the first half of the year, where everyone in the band were going through changes and life-altering events. It confronts the experience of loss, grief, uncertainty and acceptance. Metanoia is us trying to channel all this negative energy around us, into something positive.

Musically, it takes a lot of influence from post-hardcore bands like title fight and touche amore, as well as incorporating some indie-rock, taking inspiration from bands like The Cure and The Smiths.
