Indonesian IG Punk Against Rape Get Harassed Yet Don’t Back Down

For the past few months, the Indonesian hardcore punk scene has been having very uncomfortable conversations addressing their own issues of misogyny and abuse of women within the scene. An IG account specifically opening up these conversations has been targeted repeatedly by small-minded losers who find the account more troubling than actually confronting the cancerous behavior within their community. To them, the posts are more troubling than making their scenes safe and open to all. The account has been attacked so many times that they’ve had to delete previous accounts and reopen new ones because they believe so strongly in their mission.
