Indonesian Chaotic Hardcore Band Option Paralysis Sign to Tarung Records

A maniacally intense musical entity, Option Paralysis emerged in Cianjur, West Java, in mid-2019. Delivering the aggression of hardcore combined with the dissonant yet odd-timed riffing & the freeness of jazz, amalgamating into one hell of a brutal sonic spectrum.

Their first EP I. Continuum, which already digitally released, forged vast musical influences melting it into one giant slab of chaotic hardcore fury. A compelling release, indeed.

I Continuum combines a musical breakdown with lyrics heavily influenced by Christopher Nolan’s film Dunkirk. As we know, in Dunkirk, Nolan takes from various related story points, as well as Option Paralysis telling stories from various points of view and having one story connection.

Now teaming up with the notorious Tarung Records, they will bring the ferocity of I. Continuum in an audio cassette with one new track. Option Paralysis made this brand new previously unreleased track called ‘V. Sundowner – A Burlesque Sketch‘ special for fans who purchase the tape.
