Indie Pop Act Perwinkles Release New Singles and Cassette [Japan]

Nigata-based duo Lofi Indie-Rock/Punk, Periwinkles sound is influenced by 80s-90s US indie and UK rock, and they infused their lo-fi tastes to make their original sound. The band has announced that they will be releasing a special live limited cassette from their set at Bar Hallelujah.

“Periwinkles bring joy inside their sound, it’s like the power of Bikini Kill and Bratmobile meet with the sweetness of Shonen Knife. A cherry bomb blast to your ears!”

Previously, the band has released a debut album ’21’ and recently released brand new singles ‘Shadows’ and ‘Wave’. Everything is streaming below.
