PRIMROSZ, from Malaysia, serves hardcore inspired by bands such as Mindforce, Foundation, and Judiciary. The band just dropped their brand new 5 track EP entitled ‘Authority’. The band has evolved from a 4-piece to 5-piece, introducing Zaty, their new vocalist.
Here’s a track by track breakdown sent in by the band:
The EP itself is about resilience, friendship, and self-discovery. Through struggle and triumph, it captures the pain, companionship, and strength to rise above. A journey of standing strong, chasing dreams, breaking free, and embracing power, a battle cry and a beacon of hope.
Caged Of Grief
When ones had been shut by surroundings every time they wanted to speak, they made their way in gaining their strength back. With their strong faith, they will never allow others to take advantage and revenge them with kindness.
Authority
Confidence and self-ideology. Authority shows that POWER in believing ourselves proofs that we’re able to heal and sustain throughout the obstacles in this world. It may be hard at first, but once you’re getting there, your experience help blooms you to your own self.
Walk Through Fire
LOVE. Such a big sweet word but fragile in taking care of it. Being trapped and silent, slowly and certainly fight for the way out. Fire really burnt us down but the heart that bears it much worst than that. Walk through fire gave us the idea that Love shall be freedom not being confined.
RISE
Shine, shine our own path. Dreaming is never a waste of time. You’ve got what it takes, so keep fighting. Their words is not your own matter to care.
Keep chasing your dream!!
Companion
Friendship isn’t defined by physical presence during the moments of ups and downs. True friends are always there, in spirit and support, always in the heart. We carry this love without judgment, even when the ideas shared may seem silly or stupid. It is this kind of bond that allows us to keep smiling and moving forward, no matter what life brings.
