Happy new year everyone!
We’re stoked that our first post of the year is a brand new music video by Vietnamese crossover thrash act Cut Lon! The band has just released ‘Em Uống Bia (I Drink Beer)’ which is the first single off their upcoming EP. The track features Dính from Saigonese pop-punk band 7UPPERCUTS on vocals who lays his vocal tracks using a Southern Vietnamese accent. According to the band, “The story from the MV can happen to anybody during this holiday season, so when you go out partying tonight, drink carefully or the beer monster will come and get you”.
Fuck yeah!
2024 has been a monumental year for the Malaysian shoegaze and alternative scene, with more bands releasing EPs, demos, and singles than ever before. Local media outlet NOISY HEAD...
