Death Metal Band SISTER MURDER Release Debut Album [Indonesia]

Indonesian death metal band SISTER MURDER have released their debut album. We have asked for a full stream but they currently only have one single up which is streaming below.

In our album Resurrecting the Wounded Psyche, we aim to blend slamming riffs with a more easy-listening style of
death metal. Unlike most traditional death metal bands, we incorporate sweeter elements, subtly infusing melodic tones
influenced by legendary bands such as Death and In Flames, while reinforcing the heaviness with slamming riffs inspired by Analepsy, Malevolent Creation, Abominable Putridity, and more.

With this album, Sister Murder seeks to shed light on issues affecting women, such as mental trauma caused by violence, resistance against patriarchy, femicide, abortion, and the never ending war. However, while many of our songs draw inspiration from real stories and social issues that often affect women, it doesn’t mean our music is exclusively dedicated to women or meant to blame men. “Don’t take it personally :)” (Siska Ade).
