Two years ago Japanese crossover thrash band Saigan Terror released their AMAZING second full-length ‘Anatomy of Saigan’ (streaming further below) with the band following it up with a couple killer music video. Today the band has released a special live record entitled ‘Live Under the State of Emergency’ – shit’s streaming below and it’s straight FIRE.
