Beijing Hardcore Stalwarts Release Music Video for New Single ‘Light in The Dark’ [China]

“One of the main reasons we wrote this song is for our guitarist Chen Hao who is fighting cancer right now. We want him to hear these words and give him the strength to continue fighting so one day he can get back on this stage with us,” says the vocalist of the long-running Beijing hardcore band Unregenerate Blood about their latest song ‘Light in the Dark’. The band just completed a mini-tour with Shenzhen melodic hardcore band What a Beautiful Day.

At the Beijing stop, the vocalist of What a Beautiful Day asked if the band wanted a music video to go with this brand new single. “We worked with him last year for the song ‘Stand As One’ and we couldn’t how quickly he was able to put an entire music video together. It was literally him telling me and then I got on a train to get back to Beijing and by the time I arrived in Beijing, there was a first draft of the video. This time around, he did the exact same thing. He runs on Shenzhen-speed!”
