How can you not be psyched on how much easier it is to find bands in every pocket of this world because of the internet? Woke up to a post from my buddy Hassan’s page about an insanely amazing heavy metal band called Tyagra from Bangladesh. BANGLADESH! Once you press play on the LIVE in practice room demos below you will hear the RAW and PRIMAL recordings of an outstanding heavy metal band from Dhaka, Bangladesh. Even with how raw it is (you can hear them getting off tempo often) you no DOUBT hear the talent and passion they have for heavy metal. Listen to that singer rip it 80’s metal style…and their aesthetic shows they’ve put a lot of thought into presenting themselves the way they feel best represents the type of metal these guys rock.

Whenever these types of bands come around it always makes me so proud that in my own little way I am able to give bands like this a small platform to the greater world…thank you to everyone who has been supporting this site and that shares posts like crazy especially for bands like this who REALLY need your support. Yes, we all love bands like Obituary or Soilwork…but unless those bands are touring Asia or doing something for Asia (hence the Napalm Death post a few days ago) you won’t see posts about those bands here. Sure, if I did post about those bands I’m sure our readership would go up…but that would be going completely against the purpose of this website.
