Amazing Documentary About Street Punk Band DUMMY TOYS Up Now [China]

“I don’t know if it’s because Qingdao is the home of the beer Tsingtao that’s why there’s an all-female punk band called Dummy Toys?”

That’s a pretty rad opening to a documentary about Qingdao-based punk rock band Dummy Toys. It’s put together by someone who saw them perform while they were on tour, fell in love with the band, and then wanted to document their lives. It’s about 20 minutes long and has English subtitles.

The band has also just announced that they’ll be heading to Europe for the first time this summer. So make sure to head out and support the band! THEY FRICKIN’ RIP.
