Shanghai based hardcore band Spill Your Guts, that are made up of expats who have been calling Shanghai home for over 10 years, have been straight up RIPPING it up, taking no prisoners as they take their madness across any stage anywhere. The band recently tore up Nepal which you can see in a live video below:

The band then just announced a shitload of dates across Canada (dates in the flyer above) which will be wrapped up with time in the studio for their next full length with Scott Middleton of Cancer Bats fame.
