Hong Kong metal legends Evocation announce record release show featuring Cohol

Hong Kong metal legends Evocation have announced the date for their record release show for their highly anticipated third album Libation. The band released some limited edition DIY CD packages of the record last night at a show in Hong Kong where they were the guest act and annihilated the entire show. Check out the making of the DIY packaging – we are proud owners of this!

Check out the DOPE as FUCK promo video for the record release show below. That’s the way a black-death-Chinese instrumentation-heavy band from Hong Kong should promote their shows. Spooky as fuck! Further below check out a track from the 12 track album that we already anticipate will be our record of the year for sure.

Evocation couldn’t have picked a better band to compliment their own more creative path in music then Japanese black metal/post metal band Cohol who similarly are also forging their own path with their unique sound.
