Singapore Crossover Thrash Band Deceased Back With A Vengeance On New Track

Singapore band Deceased reformed last year and today has dropped the first taste of the band’s new direction. The band originally formed in 2014 playing more entry-level hardcore along the lines of Terror, Madball, No Turning Back, Turnstile, etc. They then took a few years off and are now back with the first track The Void of No Return off their upcoming debut full length that is being released on UK label Nuclear Family Records. and the entire track explodes with the fury of thrash reminiscent of Power Trip, Slayer, Lowest Creature, Havok, etc. We’re SO down with this new sound!

According to the band:

“We have matured from our first EP “The Wake” and collectively decided on a more aggressive sound. We hope that the album translates well to our listeners both new and old. We are planning to go on tour but given the current situation (COVID-19), we have to put it on hold. In the meantime, we’re excited to record, release and share our music with you.

Our thoughts and prayers are with those who have been impacted by this pandemic one way or another. We all in this together.”

Can’t wait to hear the full length when it’s out!
