Shoegaze band Heals release new music video [Indonesia].

Bandung-based alternative rock / shoegaze unit, Heals officially released their latest single along with a music video entitled “False Alarm” on Monday (20/2). Collaborated with Qrimson Studio, False Alarm’s music video is available to stream at FFWD Records’ official YouTube channel. A couple of days earlier, precisely on February 9th, the band have uploaded their latest single in several music streaming services along with a mini game in their website. This single will be included in Heals‘ debut album, Spectrum which will be released in the near future.

Reza Arinal, the guitarist and the composer of “False Alarm”, attempted to depict someone’s repressed condition caused by one’s own mind and anxiety. “Sometimes, we tend to overthink things that have or will happen. As a matter of fact, it’s some kinds of false alarm. What we want to address is that people should enjoy their lives, think in a proportional manner, and find solutions to their problem with ease,“ Reza explained.

Aside from collaborating with fellow Bandung creative group, Qrimson Studio, Heals also assigned MD Natsir to be responsible for the single’s artwork. With relatively short making-process, most of the scenes in music video were taken in Jalan Jendral Sudirman, Bandung.
