Post Black Metal Act Bliss Illusion Release New Track Off Upcoming Sophomore Album [China]

The Post-Black Metal band with Chinese folk and Buddhist influences, Bliss-Illusion (虚极) has just unveiled its new title “须弥山·行” (Sumeru). This is a new extract from their second album to come, it can be discovered below.

The group explains that it is the opening title of the album and that there is only one track left to finish it. The name of this “introduction” is a reference to the mythical mountain, considered the axis of the world in Buddhist mythology, the center of the physical, metaphysical and spiritual world.

The artwork that adorns “须弥山·行” (Sumeru) is a work by Alcide Nathanaël who has already worked with the group for the acoustic version of “般若” (Prajnā) but above all who illustrates all the albums of frontman Dryad’s side-project, Tassi.
