Philippines’ Christian hardcore band Bought By Blood announce show in Taiwan.

“BoughtbyBlood or BxB was formed in early 2000 in Antipolo City. Having been influenced by hardcore bands like No Innocent Victim, Strife, Hatebreed and mixed with various metal bands, they slowly concocted their own brew of harcore/metal.

Growing up and being involved in church ministry the band honed their skills as members of the Praise and Worship Team. Half of the band’s members are Pastor’s kids and the rest are all active church leaders. Sixteen years later and countless shows, some members of the BxB are now also Pastors and leaders of Across the Nations Christian Fellowship. The band has also founded a monthly hardcore show called “Mosh with Jesus” which aims to bridge the gap between the church and the harcore/metal community. BoughtbyBlood’s aim first and foremost is to share the good news of God’s love and saving grace through music. The band members includes Doi Bantugan-vox, Rhayan Linga-guitar, Choi Felipe-guitar, Jojen Flores-bass, Carlo Ryan Garcia on drums.”
