Philippines Annual Hardcore Event in Support of Animals Announce This Year’s Lineup

EGGDAY 2018 is a an annual benefit gig for P.A.R.T. (Philippine Animal Rescue Team) and the flyer above showcases this year’s all Philippines lineup – all SICK BANDS. All proceeds from the show will go to P.A.R.T. They will also be accepting dog & cat food donations at the gate.

Gilbert Santos, affectionately known as Egg, had this to say about his annual event:

“Eggday started as a thank you gig to all who helped me to pay my bills on surgery of my left wrist in 2014. And it’s my birth celebration so I named it after me. Years before that I always organise gig on my birthday sometimes days before or days after or which weekend falls on that days, like in Oct 2012 , I organised the first edge day in the Philippines.

I’m doing this as long as I’m alive and this is my thank you and my small contribution to the scene I love which is hardcore/punk. So I will always put new bands and bands with new albums out to support them.”
