Legendary Australian artist, Glenn “Glenno” Smith, announce Japan exhibition

Legendary Australian artist, Glenn “Glenno” Smith, is having his first Japan solo exhibition at Kyoto Beer Lab on the 22nd September (from 3pm til 8pm). While Glenno will only be in store for the main event on Saturday the 22nd, his art will be displayed in store for a week or 2 after that – so feel free to pop on in any time to check out the art and down a cleansing ale!

Glenno is internationally renowned for his highly-detailed illustration artwork, mainly for heavy metal/punk rock bands (such as Napalm Death, Ministry, Hard-Ons, Acid King, Propagandhi, The Bronx, Municipal Waste, The Meanies, Frenzal Rhomb, D.R.I. as well as his own band Chinese Burns Unit).

Not all of his art is scary and much of his art is laced with humour and a love of nature. The best way to see his art is via www.glennoart.com or instagram @glennoart. You are invited to drink some of Japan’s finest craft beers and pick up a screenprint, digital print or zine, but come early as these prints are in limited quantities and will sell out quickly.
