Hong Kong post-hardcore darlings The Lovesong announce one off reunion show

Hong Kong post-hardcore darlings The Lovesong have announced a one off reunion show. The band has had an interesting journey, familiar to most bands who are more on the cutting edge side of art, where post break up the band seems to have gotten much more attention and admiration than when they were together. So it goes. The band deserves all the attention they get for creating amazing heartfelt and forward thinking music that wasn’t easily pigeonholed into a certain type of art or music. Post punk/post hardcore is probably the best you could get to describing this type of music to peeps out there. Check out the tunes below – but these recordings don’t do the band’s live show justice. They are MUCH better and more powerful sounding live.
