Chinese Punk Band SMZB Release Third Track From Upcoming Full Length – Keep The Folk Vibe Up

My dudes in long-running Chinese punk band SMZB have REALLY been pushing the envelope on this new album ‘Once Upon a Time in the East’ that should be out in November on Maybe Mars. The band just released their third track 把全世界喝大 and this one is TOTALLY out of the box for the band – if you’ve heard old Crying Nut songs – THIS is what it sounds like. It’s so fucking good that we’ve already replayed the song like ten times.

We wanted to get some thoughts from their vocalist Wu Wei but it turns out his WeChat has been blocked by the CCP regime for the next 8 days. Hopefully, he’s okay.

Invasive surveillance is real. This is what people in Hong Kong and Taiwan are fighting for to make sure doesn’t happen to us.

Congrats to Wu Wei and the dudes in SMZB for what looks like is going to be a MUST HAVE release.
