“Chainsaw Death Metal” Act Ezophagus Release First Taste of Upcoming Debut EP [Malaysia]
Formed in 2018, Malaysian death metal band Ezophagus have just released the first taste of their upcoming debut EP. The band self-identifies as “Chainsaw Death Metal” due to the obvious Swedish-inspired HM-2 influences as well as bands like Morbid Angel, Cannibal Corpse, Bloodbath, Jungle Rot, etc. The band states, “Our lyrics are mainly true stories about murder, war, disasters, tragedy, and violence.”
The EP ‘Skeleted From the Nature’ will be out on Malaysian label Goathlordth Records later this year.
