*Here we go…UniteAsia.org’s first ever “Best of XXXX” Asian releases! This will always be impossible to put together since there are so many releases that come out of any one country all year let alone from an entire continent. We try our best to gather as many releases as we can on our page – just look at this link and check out the mind boggling 17 pages of Asian releases that we’ve gathered:

But of course, there are thousands more that we weren’t able to get on the website because it’s not easy to keep track of all the releases that have come out. We hope that in 2016 more and more bands AND labels will be active in getting in touch with us so we know about their releases and therefore help them get the word out to more then the people in their scenes, cities or countries.

Our very FIRST collection of “best of…” is from a person who has kept his ear to the ground from the get go – Aloran – this young individual has a genuine thirst for post-rock music and Asian post-rock music in particular so it is with great honor that we were able to get his top 10 of Asian releases.
