100 Bands/Musicians Join Forces in Indonesia To Release Comp Against New Music Law

A hundred Indonesian musicians/bands have jointed The National Coalition Against the Draft Bill on Music Law (KNTLRUUP) and have released a compilation album entitled BERSAMA BERSUARA (UNITED VOICES). The purpose of the compilation is to undermine the RUU Permusikan (Bill on Music Law), a law which would greatly hinder freedom of expression in Indonesia.

“Collaborate and speak with music, take roles, and unite our voices to strengthen national network.”

This compilation includes 100 tracks from artists from a variety of cities and genres from metal giants Burgerkill, to pop acts Scaller, and the industrial collective Helmproyek.
